When can I expect my order to ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed with standard shipping will generally ship out within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
If there are any exceptions, such as during holidays or special promotions, updated shipping times will be clearly posted in our website’s announcement bar.
As soon as your order is on the way to you, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 50 United States and Canada.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your JENCO experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
