All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
If there is any delay—such as during high-volume periods—we’ll clearly communicate updated shipping times in our site’s announcement bar.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer a range of standard and expedited options through trusted carriers.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in JENCO Skincare, let us know at sales@jencoskincare.com—we’re exploring international options.
